Welcome to Friends2go!
Empowering Minds. Strengthening Communities.
We are Friends2Go, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of ethnic communities through workshops and therapy.

Friends2Go is a nonprofit organization established in 2021 to address the growing mental health crisis within Black communities.
We are committed to building a future where mental health is recognized as a crucial priority and where every member of our community can receive appropriate and compassionate support.
Join us in this mission, and together, let’s work towards a more equitable and supportive world.

Education and Awareness
We provide interactive workshops and educational programs to inform and raise awareness about mental health within ethnic communities. Our goal is to break taboos, foster understanding, and encourage open dialogue about emotional and psychological well-being.
Culturally Tailored Support
Our services are designed to respect and integrate cultural values. We offer therapy sessions and safe spaces for discussion that address the specific needs of communities while promoting self-esteem, resilience, and social connection.
Prevention and Intervention
We combine proactive prevention with targeted intervention to support individuals facing psychosocial challenges. Our programs help participants recognize warning signs, strengthen personal resources, and access appropriate support before challenges escalate.
Our Approach

We use a psychosocial approach, considering both your inner world and the environment shaping your well-being. Specialized in relational therapy, we guide you through meaningful self-reflection so you can take back control of your life.
Social, personal, or work-related anxiety?
Worried about your mental health?
Struggling with daily tasks?
Don’t ignore the signs — they could be early indicators of depression.
You’re not alone.
We’re here to help you reconnect with the best version of yourself.
